冷し金の使用目的

当社における冷し金使用の目的

①厚肉部、厚肉交差部等押湯からの溶湯補給が出来ない箇所を

強制的に冷却し、引け巣発生防止

→引け巣の微細化、(引け巣の移動)

②凝固時間短縮による厚肉品の内部の球状化不良防止

または、黒鉛の微細化(主にFCD)
